Saud Siddique
Mr. Siddique is a co-founder and Executive Chairman of Odyssey Capital, and Chairman and CEO of Tigris Infrastructure Partners which manages the Tigris Water Investment Development Platform (Tigris).

The primary focus of Tigris, a Singapore based platform, is to provide private equity type growth capital to small to medium-sized water companies that are developing projects in water and wastewater treatment in emerging Asia. Tigris had its first closing in January 2016 at USD110 million with an objective to achieve a final closing of USD300 to USD400 million.

Mr. Siddique has over 30 years of global experience in infrastructure and financial services. His experience in infrastructure finance and development, including Public-Private-Partnerships (PPPs), spans across all key infrastructure sub-sectors, including in Asia (China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc), sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Middle East North Africa, and the U.S. After establishing Odyssey Capital, he has advised more than a dozen water companies in Asia on various strategic and fund raising mandates on PPP projects throughout Asia.

Mr. Siddique previously worked with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), for more than 16 years, and before that, with Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS) in New York. Mr. Siddique was Group Executive Vice President of Hyflux Ltd, and CEO of Hyflux Water Trust, which he led the IPO of on the mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange. He has also served as Joint Managing Director and Board Member of Srei Infrastructure Finance Ltd, one of the leading infrastructure finance companies in India. Mr. Siddique currently is a Member of Board and Chairman of the Credit and New Business Committees of Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund which has invested more than USD 1.1 billion in more than twenty sub-Saharan countries. He also served as Chief of Party on a USAID funded advisory mandate to advise the Government of Pakistan on the financing strategy for the USD16 billion 4,500 MW multi-purpose Daimer Basha hydro-power project on a Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis. In India, he has taught at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta, one of the leading business schools in India as an adjunct professor. Mr. Siddique holds an MBA from Cornell University, and B.Sc. in Computer Science from University of Maryland.

Daniel Yeung
Mr. Yeung is a co-founder and Principal of Odyssey Capital and Tigris Infrastructure Partners. He has over 15 years of infrastructure investment, investment banking, and infrastructure operating company experience. After establishing Odyssey Capital, he has advised more than a dozen water companies in Asia on various strategic and fund raising mandates on Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects in growth markets in Asia, including India, Indonesia, China, Philippines, and Thailand. Mr. Yeung worked at IFC, based in Hong Kong, investing in power, water, ports, roads and renewable energy in emerging markets in Asia. Mr Yeung was formerly a Senior Vice President at Srei Infrastructure Finance, and a Vice President at Hyflux Water Trust and Hyflux Capital. He started his career as an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston and Bankers Trust, based in Sydney, Australia. Mr Yeung holds a B.Ec. (Hons) from University of Sydney, LLB from University of New South Wales, Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and is a CFA charterholder.
